  1. What is Afterpay?
    • Afterpay is a ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments.

  2. How do I use Afterpay?
    • Shop, choose "Afterpay" as your payment method at checkout, register with Afterpay and provide payment details (they accept Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, log in to your Afterpay account and complete your order.

  3. How does the Afterpay payment schedule work?
    • Make your first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments will be automatically deducted from your chosen payment method every 2 weeks.

  4. Does Afterpay check my credit or affect my credit score?
    • Afterpay does not perform an external credit check and cannot affect your credit score.

  5. Is Afterpay safe and secure?
    • Afterpay is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified compliant Service Provider organization—the highest level of security in the payment industry.

  6. Can I use Afterpay if I’m an international customer?
    • Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a Canada billing address, Canada shipping address, a Canada Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a Canada mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

  7. What happens if I don’t follow the payment schedule?
    • You’ll be able to change the due date of your payment through Afterpay’s website. If you’re having any trouble making payments, Afterpay has a hardship policy. You can find more information HERE.

  8. What products are not eligible for purchase using Afterpay?
    • You can’t use Afterpay to buy gift cards. If you want to buy gift cards along with Afterpay-eligible products, you’ll need to place two separate orders.

  9. When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?
    • Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online. Visit our shipping page for more information by clicking HERE.

  10. Is there a minimum or maximum amount that Afterpay supports?
    • Yes, Afterpay orders must be at least $1 with a maximum of $2000.

  11. How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?
    • Something didn’t work out? Make sure your purchase falls under our RETURN POLICY then contact to set up an online return. We’ll let Afterpay know about your return, and they’ll handle your refund. Make sure you’re not returning your items to Afterpay directly.

  12. What happens if I have a partial refund and how does that affect my payments?
    • We’ll notify Afterpay once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. The length of your payment plan will never go beyond six weeks. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.
