Connecting through the relatability in every day life, and inspiring through authenticity.

Favourite swimsuit style?

A bikini with a bit of push up (so needed after 18 months of nursing!).

What does being a #swimsuitmodel mean to you?

Being body confident regardless of misconstrued ideals reinforced in the media. Waking up in the morning with gratitude for what my body has endured as a mother and taking pride in its evolving shape, strength and form.

What does it mean to feel good half naked?

Living for the days on the beach in a swimsuit that’s so comfortable you forget you’re wearing one.

What do you to feel GOOD?

Lately I’ve been switching up boutique fitness classes like Pilates and Barre, interactive spin, kickboxing and hot yoga. I never get bored!

When do you feel your best?

Right after a workout or cuddling on the couch with my boy.

What makes you feel confident?

Healthy skin, healthy diet and regular fitness.

If you could say one thing to someone who needs a confidence boost, what would it be?

It all starts within- how are you feeling mentally? Are you practicing self-care and is the mind, body and spirit in alignment? If not, focus on gratitude on mindfulness first, and once that feels right move onto the outer fixations like a workout, beauty treatment, or a night out with friends.
