It’s the path that chose me.

Writing, wellness, yoga, delicious and healthy food, travel, and friends and family.
How would describe yourself?
I’d describe myself as a thoughtful, loving, and loyal person. I always try to look at the world through positive lenses even when the negative lenses are closer in reach. I’m driven by what’s possible not what isn’t. My purpose to help others drives me and is a major part of who I am; it keeps me going when it might be easier to give up. I try to smile more than I frown and to spread light and love to everyone I interact with.
What are three personality traits you identify with?
1. Passionate
2. Resilient
3. Loving
What are three words your best friend or partner would use to describe you?
Inspiring, ambitious, and insightful.
What do you want people to know about you?
That every single day I inspire people to live life as the highest, most evolved, and best version of themselves. I do this through my emails, social media posts, and workshops. I do it for you.
What are you hoping to achieve with your social media following and with your relationships to your followers?
My hope is to inspire them all. Bring light into their day. Help them choose love over fear or hate, to smile more, to embrace life and be ready to live it to the fullest at all time, even when it’s easier not to.
How do you hope to connect with, touch or inspire the people that follow you?
I hope to connect with, touch, and inspire the people who follow me through ideas, words, images, videos, and strategies.
We selected you for this campaign because we believe your life is aspirational. What do you feel makes your life aspirational? Why did you decide to participate in this campaign?
I think the aspirational part about my life is that I’m just a regular person who created it all from scratch. I wasn’t gifted anything that I’ve built. It was all through focus, passion, not giving up, and believing in a force greater than myself.
What did you enjoy most about working with us on this campaign?
It was awesome! The Swimco team was exceptional. The shoot was tons of fun. What the shoot represents really inspired me. And, Hawaii is just epic of course.
Did you discover anything about yourself?
That my message is spreading every day, that I have more work to do and light to share. And that Lanakai beach is GORGEOUS!
If you could say one thing to someone who may not be confident with their body, what would it be?
Body confidence goes hand in hand with body gratitude. We need to be grateful for the bodies that we have, for what they allow us to do, for the lives they’ve enabled us to live, and for the experiences they’ve taken us on. We need to be grateful for what they let us create. We can be confident in our body whether it is smaller, bigger, skinnier, chubbier, more muscular, or more toned than another. That part isn’t important – but it’s that confidence, gratitude, and love for our body that really matters. So the question each of us need to ask ourselves is what body will I be confident, grateful, and in love with? That answer, if we actually listen to it, will enable us create the body that we want. The body that we mindfully and thoughtfully create is the vehicle to live the life that what we want. It is also a physical manifestation of choices that we’ve made and make every day. Thus, the body is the gateway to the mind. How we treat it will inevitably affect our mind. So, while body confidence is so important body truth also is. Are you making decisions that bring your body closer or further from the body that you truly want? Are you treating your body like the miraculous temple that it is? Do your day to day habits help or hurt your body? The more we take care of our bodies the more confident we will be in our bodies. That’s why caring for your body and being confident in your body go hand in hand, that’s the best part! You can start caring more today and your confidence for your body will also increase. Every time we say “no” to this, and “yes” to that, we earn more and more personal power points that give us that strength and momentum to keep going and keep growing. And no matter what, the most important thing is to be confident in that beautiful body of yours, to walk with your head up high, and to let your body confidence inspire other to also feel confident in theirs.
Anything else?
Yes, thanks for including me and for being such a pleasure to work with. Really, you’re all amazing!
